Matt & Mark were pleased to attend the unconventional groundbreaking at Roscoe’s Famous Deli in Downtown Fullerton for the Intracorp Amplifi Apartments. Amplifi is a play on the roots of Fender Guitars in Fullerton. Brad Perozzi, President-SoCal of Intracorp Companies was given a Fender guitar with the commitment to play a riff at the Grand Opening in late-2020. Joining Brad on stage for a few words was Mayor Jesus Silva.
