Congratulations to our Client MidPen Housing and the Consultant Team on an exciting groundbreaking for Moon Gate Plaza in the Chinatown neighborhood of Salinas that will provide 90 affordable apartments for individuals, with supportive services. Moon Gate Plaza began construction in March 2018 and is expected to welcome residents in late summer 2019
