Kudos to Carmen and Katie for their volunteerism on Earth Day. Carmen’s trail & river cleanup in the San Gabriel Mountains picked-up 78 pounds of trash. Katie volunteered at the Ecology Center in San Juan Capistrano which debuted their “Road Trip” tour bus that is going to be traveling to schools around the U.S. to educate students and children about sustainable farming practices, composting, cooking, and the environment.
