MJS is pleased to announce that Alex Koutzoukis, Project Captain has passed his professional licensing exam. Alex has been awarded California PLA #6327. Alex, UC Davis Class of 2012, passed all 5 sections of the LARE Exam, created by the California Legislature to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the public.
