MJS was proud to attend the groundbreaking ceremony for the newly named Baker Block, 240 apartments being developed by Red Oak Investments and CityView adjacent to the 55 Freeway in Costa Mesa. Keynote Speaker CityView Chairman and co-founder Henry Cisneros, a former secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development emphasized that most importantly this project is creating a place where people can live.
