Limoneira Company announced today the Company’s Harvest at Limoneira (formerly Santa Paula East Area 1) Project has been awarded the 2016 Comprehensive Plan Award of Excellence from the American Planning Association, California Chapter, Central Coast Section. Limoneira’s plan will now move on for consideration in the APA California Chapter state awards this October in Pasadena
Harvest at Limoneira is a 500 acre master planned community with 1500 residential units, a new elementary school, new high school facilities, a 40 acre sports park and civic amenities, public safety facilities, trails and open space. The project is being developed by Limoneira Lewis Community Builders LLC. In addition to our client Limoneira other Team members collaborating on the Specific Plan includes MJS Design Group as the Landscape Architects, Parkstone Companies, Meridian Consultants, Sargent Town Planning & Jensen Design & Survey.
