MJS is proud to have collaborated with the AMCAL Multi-Housing Team and fellow Consultants on the adaptive re-use of the beautiful art deco Linda Vista Hospital built in 1904. The now 55 years old or better Hollenbeck Terrace Apartments received recognition at the 33rd Annual Preservation Design Awards at The Arboretum at Christ Cathedral. Congratulations to all the following great projects and their dedication to preservation.
