Round 4 of the Lunch competition saw the Dan and Mark Team score the first perfect 10 of the season.  With a theme of upscale Southern comfort food the menu consisted of an Appetizer of warm herbed-spiced mixed nuts as all cheered with their craft Old Fashion cocktail.  The Entre consisted of Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Collard Greens with smoky hamhock, Blue Lake green beans, mashed Red Potato and Gravy and Watermelon Salad. The Staff complimented the balance of savory and sweet and the composition of dishes.  As difficult as it was all saved room for dessert of flourless Chocolate Cake with a scoop of Tahitian Vanilla Bean ice cream and fresh raspberries.  Garnering perfect scores from the Staff was Taste, Timing and Presentation.

 

Next up is the Iron Chef Team of Pablo & Jeff.  Good Lunch Gentlemen.  Round 4 will be hard to beat.
